Products & Materials
What materials are used — particle board or MDF?
Both are available depending on project requirements. Particle board is cost-effective and dimensionally stable, ideal for large-scale hotel projects. MDF offers a denser surface and smoother finish for painted or veneered applications. Thickness options: 15 mm, 18 mm, or 25 mm. Environmental compliance: CARB P2 / E0 / E1 available. Surface: melamine facing in any RAL/NCS color, wood grain, or solid finish.
What finishes and colors are available?
We offer melamine facing in hundreds of colors, wood grains, and solid finishes. Edge banding: PVC or ABS. Any RAL or NCS color can be matched precisely. Send a reference and we will match it.
Can you manufacture products not in your catalog?
Yes — we manufacture entirely to your specifications. We do not have standard products. Send your drawings or requirements and we will engineer to match.
Orders & Projects
What is the typical lead time?
Sample production: 7-14 days. Mass production: 30-50 days depending on order volume and complexity. Lead times are confirmed in the quotation.
What is your minimum order quantity?
Standard MOQ: 50 pieces per item. Lower quantities available for sample orders. No minimum for sample production.
Do you offer sample production?
Yes. Samples are produced in 7-14 days. This allows you to verify quality, finish, and dimensions before committing to full production.
Customization
What can be customized?
Every aspect: overall dimensions, door style (hinged, sliding, barn), number of doors and drawers, internal layout (shelves, hanging rods, drawers), hardware finish, edge banding (PVC or ABS), and melamine color (any RAL or NCS standard).
Can I make changes after placing an order?
Changes can be accommodated before production begins. Once production starts, changes may affect the lead time and pricing depending on scope.
Shipping & Payment
What are your shipping terms?
We ship from Qingdao Port. Available terms: FOB (Free on Board), CIF (Cost, Insurance, Freight), DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). Standard packaging is mail-order grade, with custom packaging available for bulk orders.
What payment methods do you accept?
T/T (telegraphic transfer) and L/C (letter of credit). Standard payment terms: 30% deposit, 70% balance before shipment.
Do you work with international buyers?
Yes — we export to 50+ countries worldwide. Full customs documentation provided. International shipping experience with hotels, developers, and dealers across all major markets.
